2. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any of our services, digital downloads, or other digitally accessible deliverables.


-No Refunds on Services Rendered: Once work has commenced on any service (including strategy sessions, funnel builds, or consulting calls), payment is non-refundable.

-No Refunds on Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital downloads, templates, and other electronically accessible deliverables, all purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.

3. Payment & Fees

5. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

  • All content, designs, and funnels created by Brilliant Funnels remain the intellectual property of the Company until full payment is received.
  • Once paid in full, the completed funnel and materials become the property of the client, except for any licensed or third-party assets included in the project (such as stock images, fonts, or software).
  • You may not resell, redistribute, or claim credit for any digital product or template purchased from Brilliant Funnels.


6. Limitation of Liability

  • Brilliant Funnels is not liable for business losses, missed sales, or damages resulting from the use of our services or digital products.
  • While we strive to create high-performing funnels and marketing strategies, we do not guarantee specific revenue results, lead generation numbers, or ad performance.


By using our services, you acknowledge that results vary based on industry, audience, marketing efforts, and external factors beyond our control.
